Founded in 2022, NR Plus Construction & Engineering has grown from a small team of passionate builders into one of Sri Lankan's most respected construction and engineering firms. We have delivered over 20 residential and commercial projects across the greater Sri Lanka.

Our philosophy is simple: every client deserves a home or office that reflects their unique vision. We combine the latest structural engineering techniques with beautiful architectural design to create spaces that stand the test of time.

From our head office in Kollupitiya, we serve clients across Sri Lanka, Nugegoda, Maharagama, Rajagiriya, Battaramulla, Nawala, Dehiwala and beyond. We are proud to be a 100% Sri Lankan-owned company that employs local engineers, architects and tradespeople.
